Waveform 8 woosh/hissing noise

I bought the Behringer U-PhoriaUMC202HD recently. Tracktion Waveform 8 came free with it. I entered the code that I got in my email from Behringer into the redeem section of the Traction website and downloaded the software. However, when I started to use it, I got this weird hissing sound that would play for like 3 seconds and stop. It would happen every 10 seconds or so. I tried putting the code in again, but it still happened. I read somewhere that this was supposed to happen after a free trial expired but this wasn't a free trial, and it was the first day I downloaded it anyway. I went to my account on Tracktion and it said that the order did go through. How do I get this noise to stop?

When you open tracktion, on the pop-up window ask to register, then use the same web account; and the whoosh will go away. Note that you may have to do that for other Tracktion plugins as well, like FinalMix and Collective.
