Can 4OSC be used in other hosts?

OK, it's not the greatest name ever for a plugin and not even the prettiest, but usability is very high and it clicks with me. In fact, it remands me of when I used to use the old TS-404 in Fruity Loops before VST instruments were much of a thing at all - though much better clearly.

So, can it be used as a VSTi in other hosts?

It's a Waveform plug in, but not a vst, so no. I recall Tracktion was musing about selling some plugins as vsts, but not sure if 4OSC is on that list.
