BR: Incorrect mouse controls in Track Editor

If you open a Track Editor window, the mouse controls don't conform to the mouse controls in the main window.

I have Scroll Wheel for Zoom in the main window and Shift+Scroll Wheel for scrolling left and right.

In the Track Editor window, Scroll Wheel on its own does nothing and Shift+Scroll Wheel zooms in and out.
