I am demoing Waveform 10 on Kubuntu 18.04. I have the nvidia drivers installed, low-latency kernel, and my CPU is performance mode.
Things work pretty well but I can't help but feel the interface is kind of "beta" looking. For example, in "Collective" the "Demo" text just kind of floats over the plugin when I resize it in random spots. The text gets squashed often in Waveform. The mousewheel doesn't work over a lot of things, but sometimes it does. So although it has some decent functionality, it feels like an unfinished product.
Kind of makes me think hard about spending money on it. Is this just how it is on Linux with Waveform? Is it better on Windows, or is it better in another distro?
Is Waveform 10 on Linux Janky?

what you mean?
I can say the Waveform on Linux still have crashes/hangs with VST plugins, but other functions more or less pretty stable
