Hi,

in version 8.1.5 I have no chance to opening older projects.
This is what I see after trying to open projects from 8.1.21 after installation of 8.1.5:

Um, you mean newer projects, not older (twenty one comes after five). Of course, once a project has features from the newer version, opening with the older version isn't supported. The older version hadn't been written when those features were created, so it logically cannot have support built in. If you're only demoing a newer version, keep backups!

but as you see, I have the newest version. there is no a newer version...this project was made with 8.1.21, so I think, 8.1.5 must be compatible

21 comes after 5.
M8.1.21 comes after M8.1.5.

So the solution is simple: Update to the latest beta M8.1.24 which is here: http://www.mutools.com/mulab/beta/
