shortcut for splitting MIDI clips not working

Hello,
the shortcut for splitting midi clips does not work.
In the keybord shortcut list, it's the slash key, but no action.
If I choose this key again as shortcut, it works but when I close and re-open Waveform, it does not work anymore.
(Waveform 10.3.4 on Windows 7)

There is a bug with non-US-keybpoard-layouts which doesn´t seem to be adressed by devs...
