Overlapping Chords Warning in Chord Track?

I get a yellow upside down triangle caution icon showing up in my chord track. When I hover on it it says "This track contains overlapping chords. Portions of some chords are ignored."
I inserted one chord clip one bar in length and then a second, one bar in length. The warning comes after I select both and hit the D key repeatedly to duplicate them. I can't see any overlap and everything seems to behave normally.
Any ideas?

I can't reproduce, I think it's a rounding error based on clip length and tempo. Can you send an edit that does it to roland@tracktion.com

Sometimes I think I'm diseased with the lack of response that my bug reports receive on here.
I described this in a post and even made a video about it that was clearly completely ignored. Should I stop posting altogether and email support directly or what?

Aside: that little ! really ought to appear where the overlaps occur in the timeline, as it would help in sorting out false false positives caused by accidental chord clip duplication.

Emailing support@tracktion.com is the best way to report bugs. KVR is a user-support forum primarily for users of Tracktion/Waveform to help each other out.

I guess relaed to this is the fact that the note colouring often gets wrong at the first note of a new chord (the colour from previous chord). Moving the note forward in time just a little (or the chord back), cures it but this gets tedious. I guess it should be easy to change the rounding to prevent this.
