HI there,
I wonder if someone were so kind to give a hand with this. Have just upgraded from TRacktion 10 free to Tracktion Waveform Basic.
I have already tried uninstalling and installing. For some strange reason Waveform shows as free. How can I solve this? Also tried logout and log again.

Hi there, if you start Waveform then click on the "Help" button then "About", then click on the "Unlock" button.
If you enter your details here you should be able to unlock the Pro features.
Once you see the "successful registration" message, you'll need to close and re-open any Edits to make the Pro features available but it's probably easiest to simply restart the app.
I understand this is a bit hidden at the moment so we'll be making this more obvious in the next release.
