Hi Folks ,
I am looking for a plugin that does
randomize-and to create variety in pitch ,volume ,time , velocity and other controls over the sample
etc... for recorded samples for sound effects and sound design
I see some but I need to learn a new daw and I already learning two
So just a free or paid version please

Sounds exactly like Nuendo´s randomizer. Which DAW are you using?
There are hundreds of ways to achieve what you want. Abletons´s countless M4L devices can do that instantly.
If you need a plugin I would suggest Melodyne

I use Logic Pro X
and just brought Studio One Artist 4 just getting started in learn that

I found S1 Artist 4 comes with Melodime but it’s only a trail

Melda MUnison does this to audio input. For midi you’ll want to use scripting, like kontakt’s or your daw probably has built in tools for this sort of thing. What daw do you use? You can also use the reaper scripting plugin in any host you want.

Try out the reaper script plugin. If you can code you can do some randomization in there.

Do you want to rearrange the sample randomly off-line, or at playback?

If it's the latter, then have a look at:

S-Layer and / or Polyplex from Twisted Tools can also do what you want and have a lot of fun with it:

Today i found out, that melda plugins can do this. you can assign a modulator and randomize every parameter of the plugin; not all plugins but some. probably you have to check out a few; i have to do the same still.
