Hi folks,

next update is here

. 14.01 is a small but important update which comes up with several improvements, new features and fixes. It is recommended to install this update. To do that, get the newest version from MeldaProduction download page and use it.

Maybe I'm looking too hard but can someone show me where these are?

Order module now has Paste in the new plugin selector similarly to other modular containers in MXXX.
Added "Left" and "Right" audition buttons to MCompare.

In MCompare there are big buttons on top

And select a module in MXXX, right click on it, click copy. Then there will be a paste button when you try inserting a module in both MXXX/modular and order.

Ah, in MCompare you mean the the "Mid", "Side", "Left", "Right" and "Diff" buttons. I was looking for arrows or pointers (but I was not sure what they would do).

In MXXX, found it. So I can now copy individual modules and paste them into an Order module.

Some subprocess of the installer for 14.0.1 is crashing at the very end of the install process, on my Macbook Pro 16" with Catalina 10.15.2 beta 4.

Everything seems to install fine. The crash happens immediately once the install complete screen shows, and appears to be a separate process. The installation app itself does not crash.

Is it safe to use Mac OS Catalina now? Or should we Mac users continue to wait?

Catalina should be fine, but who knows about DAWs and other plugins.

Well, I didn't check all of them, but I was working in MDrummer last night for a few hours without issue, hosted in Bitwig.

Perhaps slightly off-topic. I recently watched a video where knobs in music software is specifically discussed.

You've heard of MuseScore. This guy, Tantracrul, did a critique on it. So they hired him.

Acustica is really like that but, afaik, it's not good for resizing. Doesn't 3D modelling take a long time to render, usually?

Same here on 10.13.4/6, but doesn't not affect functionality at all. Might be related to the way you are restarting the audio unit system process? Maybe add a delayed/separated process start?
