Can many VSTs be assigned to the same category at the same time?

If I shift-click VSTs in the VST Plug-in manager, I can select multiple VSTs. But, when I assign a category, only the first selected VST is assigned to that category.

It would also be nice if I could edit the categories for a VST from the Browser, as the VST Plug-in manager doesn't show the organised view.

Click the Options button -> Add Category To Selected Plug-ins.
