FM matrix shouldn't depend on output of another modulator

Anyone know how to apply operator 2 onto operator 1, but NOT output operator 2 audio?

This doesn't seem to be possible with the current matrix.

Its backwards to how you are thinking of it.
So you would output OP2 and use OP1 to modulate it.
