When altering a preset's parameters in order to discover how they affect the overall effect or sound, I had assumed (rightly or not?) that right-clicking the parameter knob/ slider would restore the value to that which was defined by the preset and not to 'factory default' value. Am I wrong in thinking that way? Is there a modifier key that restores the value to 'preset default'?

This happens in everything from the free effects up through MXXX, MPS and MSF, but it DOES work as expected with MXXX and MSF user created GUIs.

Right mouse button selects the default value of the parameter.

I am not seeing anywhere in the user guides that indicates that there a modifier key that restores the value to 'preset default'

Although it would be really cool to have a way to reset it to the currently selected preset.

I'm afraid no dev time for such a thing.

I have to admit that I like it how it is now. If you have a preset you want to experiment with, try the A/B slots for keeping some kind of slightly tweaked versions of the loaded preset so that you can go back. Or just use the undo button. Just some quick thoughs of mine ... :)
