Collective - 100% CPU?

Whenever I load Collective as a plug-in in Waveform, the interface slows down drastically and stays that way. Laggy to the point of being unusable. Waveform's cpu monitor indicates that Collective is using 100% of cpu cycles, and switching the multi-core option on doesn't improve performance.
Anyone else? I'm on a 2017 MBP with a quad-core i7.

Re-installing Collective seems to have resolved it. CPU monitor still reads 100% but performance is back to normal.
Edit: Never mind! It is unusable again. I think something is wrong.

Oddly, the performance returns to normal when I switch to Collective's browser tabs. It is only when I try to enter osc/edit modes that it suffers heavily. I don't think it is a user error because other Tracktion products like BioTek 2 don't have this problem.

Hi, thanks for the response.chico.co.uk wrote: Mon Feb 17, 2020 5:36 pm What version of Collective (in the top left corner of the gui) and what version of Waveform?
This is Collective v1.2.2 in Waveform v11.0.15 (pre-order version).

Fooled around with this some more. I think the problem is related to the MBP's hi DPI screen/resolution. If I offload the Collective interface to an external monitor with lower rez it seems to run a lot better.
I realize that Collective is probably not a priority for Tracktion right now, but in my opinion it is worth looking into as the instrument itself is very cool.

Ok, one last update since no one seems to care.
I tested this on my Surface Pro 6 and performance is great. None of the lag or slowdown that I experience on the MBP. So this is definitely a Mac OS specific issue.
I'm moving to Windows/Linux as my primary platform, so it isn't a big deal for me.
