Hello all,
Win10, Live 9.7.7, Arturia KeyLab61 user here, since I upgraded all my u-he plugins to the latest versions, the Plugins are not receiving Midi CC Messages, only Notes.
Meaning that all my Midi Map Learning settings are not working.
Anybody else experiencing the same thing?
I see the Midi monitor icon blinking when sending Midi Notes, but Midi messages show no activity, I moved the knob controls in my Keylab and nothing is registered in the plugin but the top right bar of Live shows its icon lighting up receiving the Midi Message.
This is happening in :
ACE, Bazille, Diva, Hive, the Zebras, Repros, etc.
Any help will be much appreciated.
I have tried:
Upgrading the latest version of Keylab in the Midi Center app
Reassign the Midi Mappings in Waveform 10, where they actually work, just not in Live
Live 9.7.7 not Sending Midi Messages to Latest u-he versions

Sorry to start with the typical reply, but over here, the latest versions work fine in Live 9.7 on Windows10.
A couple of ideas:
* have you checked the MIDI table of a plugin when it's loaded in Live 9.7, does it show assignments, or is it empty
* what does the plugin show as revision number and as plugin format (you can find the information in the GUI, usually somewhere around the main data display at the top)
* have you double-checked that the installation did install the data folders into the same location as the previous versions
One possibility would be that the updates have installed the data folders into a new location. And now Live loads the plugins from there, and they won't be able to find your old MIDI table settings.
Another, very rare, possibility would be that Live 9.7 accidentally loads the VST3 version of the plugin instead of VST2, which might lead to issues.
This sounds crazy, but we had a case some years ago, where a VST3 plugin, installed into a specific plugin folder, was then registered as VST2 plugin in Live 9. So this is possible, but I don't remember the details anymore.
However, it might be best to simply contact our support, so we can solve the issue there.

Hello @tasmaniandevil,
thanks for the reply, now to answer some of your questions:
* have you checked the MIDI table of a plugin when it's loaded in Live 9.7, does it show assignments, or is it empty:
It is not empty, the list is there, the midi channel is the proper one and so are the #CC
"One possibility would be that the updates have installed the data folders into a new location. And now Live loads the plugins from there, and they won't be able to find your old MIDI table settings."
Hmmm... that sounds plausible, but it doesnt explain why the Midi settings work in Waveform 10 Pro, I will take a look
"Another, very rare, possibility would be that Live 9.7 accidentally loads the VST3 version of the plugin instead of VST2, which might lead to issues."
Live 9.7.7 does not support VST3 unfortunately, so I would be quite surprised if it even attempted but worth a look.
I will contact the u-he Support Team, as I can see Live' Midi monitor acknowledging the Midi CC Messages coming in, but the Midi monitor in u-he's plugins show no activity, only when notes are coming in

But then a strange fear gripped me
