"Limping" ARP and repeater W11

When I use these two native plugins, the result sort of limps. Notes aren't exactly on beats, but are randomly shifted in time. The amount of the shift depends on my soundcard buffer size. The bigger, the more prominent limping. In fact ANY VST arpegiator does this, but I thought, W11 native plugins should be OK.
Is there any workaround?
