Hi, hope everyone is staying safe. I've used Zebrify seldom over the years. I thought I knew how it works. But, all this time I have just used the MSEG to start at the beginning of a cue (I guess).
I'd like to know how to get it to start with my note on (internal in Logic).
I have a note that starts on bar 7 but the MSEG just starts on beat 1 of the entire cue.
Kontakt is the instrument and Zebrify is in the Fx chain of the same channel.
The INPUT module seems to be recognizing when my note starts but I cannot get the MSEG to start at that time, with the note INPUT signal.
How can I do this?
Thanks.
Zebrify: start MSEG with input

Logic does not send MIDI past the first loaded plugin on a track.
You need to load Zebrify as a "MIDI-controlled effect" onto a separate track, instead of loading it as insert fx on the instrument's channel.
You then route the audio into Zebrify by choosing the appropriate track from Logic's side chain menu (above Zebrify's GUI, in the right corner).
You can then play MIDI notes on the Zebrify channel to trigger the MSEG.
