VST window blank and DAW freezes

I just bought Ample Guitar T III. I previously was using the free version of AGML, and it worked fine. But the AGT is causing problems. I'm using Samplitude Pro X (64 bit) as my DAW. When I open the AGT VST it shows a blank window instead of the expected interface. When I play my MIDI controller, I do get sound, but that's as far as I get. And when I X out of the AGT window, it causes my DAW to freeze, and I have to end the process via Task Manager. Does anyone know why this might be happening? Thank you in advance.

Open setting -- display -- disable openGL

Then try again.

Sorry your Graphics card is a little old, it is not compatible with OpenGL.
