This is what worked for me. And I both hate and don't understand the iPad method of file management. Download the patches. There are 2 types, either a module or a project. If you want to view the files they are in Downloads (in the Files app).

In Drambo you need to import the files by browsing to the downloads folder. This can be done either from the file menu (for projects) or the add module menu (for modules). Once they are imported I forget how but there is a way to create a folder to move downloaded patches where you want.

Wow, this looks great. I’m not so interested in the groovebox aspect but the synth is good as is?

There is a file app in the latest iPad IOS, but it craptastically crap.

I agree completely. But it's slightly better than the mystery file system before the Files app. At least now I have have some idea of where some files are.

There is a lot more to come i think but its all buried in 100+ pages threads in mobile forums.
Drambo could have a bright future and so i still hope for a mac app version one day.

Really struggling with some of the basics.

Can someone walk me through adding Buss and Master tracks to a project. Like in the 8 tracks (Instruments) default project?

Thanks for that. I've been looking at all the video I can find but still not really clicking with a lot of the concepts. I think my brain must be too old to wrap around something so new and alien to me. Ben seems to blitz through things a little too fast for me. Will keep at it and hopefully the light bulb comes on. I can buy an iPad air 2 for the price of a vsti and I would like to use Drambo with it.

If anyone needs any help with it, check out the SoundTestRoom YouTube channel. Doug is great to watch - he makes things seem like he's just getting to grips with apps, and he doesn't edit anything out - you see his errors, misinterpretations and everything, just the same way as it happens to me. Some of his videos are a little long if they're from his live streaming, but I've learned a lot from watching him bumble through things and learn from his mistakes.

Drambo (modular groovebox and more)
