Micro delay plugin?

Does anyone know of a delay plugin that has extreme fine tuning capabilities in its timing?
What I am specifically looking for is a 0.001ms to 100.000ms range that allows the .xxx three decimal places once the time passes 10ms.
Mostly looking to create more accurately tuned resonators.
Any advice/ ideas would be greatly appreciated.

So Melda delay works for you up to 10ms, right?
I would just use more than 1 of them (in series).
If you want 57.463ms then simply set the first delay to 57ms and the second to 0.463ms.
This might be too obvious, sorry, but just trying to give you a solution using the tools you already have.

The 'too obvious' part was what I was missing, but in a different way. I just needed to create a microdelay as you described..as a preset! I was so focused on the little details that I overlooked the advantages of the software that I am using.
Looking forward to the sample pack you are working on. (I'm not a beta tester and even in these times, I'm still putting in 60 hours a week at work.)

Somewhat along the same line of thinking, can we have a button added to the Rate parameter of the Chorus/ Flanger/ Phaser that will disable it (the Rate)? This way we can use those effects as either resonators or filters. Currently the Rates only go down as far as 0.01Hz and the movement is prohibitive to creating a consistent effect.

No. Multiband when in disabled mode would be parallel. He needs serial.
The normal delay has 2 delays and can be set to serial, so that should be enough.

Maybe I have misunderstood. Why not double-click the Delay control and type in the exact value you require. I thought that that value displayed was just rounded for display. Using the Basic Device in MDelayMB, with a few edits, I typed in a 100 ms delay and recorded the result. Then I tried it with a 100.45 ms delay and . And there was a difference:

The only issue was that the 100.45 was not displayed with I opened the value editor again.

jmg8 - the 'LFO override' was exactly what I was looking for...but thought that it meant something different. Using it with Chorus/ Flanger/ Phaser turns those plugins into very interesting filters!
sirmonkey & mibby - The series routing suggested by jmg8 seems to be working best for my current experiments. Thanks for the ideas though.
hexspa - I'll definitely check the link once posted.
mabian - Thanks for the suggestion, though without a feedback option, it doesn't suit my current needs.
DarkStar - interesting. How do the results for 100.40, 100.45 and 100.50 ms compare? It's those micro (.xxx) ms settings that allow for more accurate tuning of delays. I'm toying with custom resonators/ comb filters here.
