Bug Report: Unable to delete recording c/w file

Windows 10 Pro 64bit 1903
Waveform 11 Free versions 11.0.24 and 11.0.26
USB Interface: Steinberg UR22 Mk II

If I make a mistake while recording a track it cannot be deleted in the way I could with T7. The following happens:

1. Stop recording an select the track to be deleted.
2. Either press Ctrl+Shft+Alt+X or right-click the track and choose Delete (also deleting source files)
3. A "Delete source material" dialog box opens and request confirmation that the files are to be deleted.
4. Click Delete.
5. An "Error while deleting" dialog box opens and advises, "It may be read only or in use by another application".

It is then necessary to dismiss the dialog box, open the folder in Windows Explorer and manually delete the file(s). I can confirm that the files to be deleted are on the local hard drive, and are neither read only nor in use by any application than Waveform.
