Hello, I requested the Bitwig promotion code by sending my license information to my email address. However when I would like use the code to buy the Bitwig 12 month upgrade plan the code is not accepted. Does the promotion only count for buying a new license? The promotion is running till end of April, right?

That's correct. The promotion was for Bitwig Studio, Bitwig Studio EDU, Upgrade From 16-Track and Upgrade From 8-Track.
