Bug: Midi chord player plugin renders notes outside of scale

Bug affects W10Pro and evaluation version of W11Pro.

When the 'Render Clips' button is pressed, the Chord Player plugin does not respect the 'chords in key only' setting and renders chords containing notes outside the scale.

E.g. Set the project to D minor
The Chord Player mode was set for Chords in Key Only.
But when the Render Clips button is pressed, the rendering appears to ignore the 'chords in key only' setting and renders the wrong chords. As an example, it renders a chord with an F# instead of natural.
