Presently, we can select all notes of a given length, velocity, pitch and so on.

Could there be a way to select all notes on a given channel, within a clip?

Some hardware synths record multipart sounds to the same clip...so a bunch of notes in a clip can be different MIDI channels. I'd like to be able to select all notes on channel 1 in a clip, for example, and move those, color them differently, or even change their velocity, or whatever.

I cannot even find a way in Waveform to identify which channel a note is on, if multiple channels are in the same clip.

For a comparison, I'm thinking of Cubase's "dissolve MIDI" feature, which can split a single clip into separate channels in one move. Outside of exporting and reimporting a bunch of clips, I don't know how to accomplish this in Waveform.
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.
