Loading Ample sound guitar samples into MSF?

Hey guys. Just bought a few Ample sound guitar libraries And I had a few questions about loading samples into MSF ? First off, what's the process? Do I need to play each Note on the fretboard 6 strings X 24 frets and then X each parameter (slide, pinch harmonic , up , down etc?)

Secondly, how does MSF handle notes and chords? I'm using scaler for music theory, so I'm hoping that can handle some automation as far as assigning to the keybed... Just could use some starting points.
