When I try to load the Reason Rack VST in the Patchwork standalone app, I get the following error:

The operation could not be completed because there are too many files open.

This could be because you are working with a self-contained song containing a very high number of external samples. Please visit the Support section at www.reasonstudios.com for more information and workarounds.

I reported this to Reason Studios as it could be a problem with the plugin. However, when I try the AU, I get a different problem where the screen isn't drawn correctly:

Any idea what is wrong?

The GUI refresh issue is a known problem on Mac (the Reason team is aware of it but it does not seem to be a priority so far - feel free to report it again), but we have never seen the other message. Which system are you running?

Thanks. I reported it to Reason. I am using MacOS Catalina 10.15.5.
