MSoundfactory and monstery grand problem (solved, see comments..)

i downloaded the monstery grand, 2 days ago, yesterday i installed it. the see how good it is, and yes especially the creative version, is creative..

but.. msoundfactory goes haywire, i bought also a new plugin, so i updated the plugins. msoundfactory, i noticed took a long time to load.

when i open msoundfactory, it by default loads monstery grand. in ableton live 10.1.4 suite, when trying to load, it evens loads strangely, and sometime a lot of melda plugins...
when changing a preset, no reaction to midi notes. not all the time it is erratic.

don't know how to deinstall the product, did a simple clean up.. but still it defaults to monstery grand, without the samples, etc.

i don't know what caused this, maybe today when i start up the studio, it will work fine, all was done in one windows session.

and many different daw's. you must set the preload sample memory, very high, to let it play well. no prob. i have 32gb..

maybe i was hopping too much between daw's?

i tried to seek the deinstall option for a product/device. didn't find it, it was late.

but strange behavior.

normally msoundfactory opens with a default preset. now even when scanned, it is scanned with the monstery grand. because scanning takes a lot of time..

alright, what default option in the settings? the main settings?

EDIT: on my laptop now, msoundfactory function as normal, because no monstery grand installed.

aha set to default settings... did the trick. now ableton live, returns to default. no device loaded.

strange. i did set "set default settings", that also means the device that is loaded? yesterday, is that the problem?

EDIT: and the problem in live 10 suite, seems to be my own template, that loads only the simpler, if load msoundfactory on that track, no sound. a new track works. i must make a total clean template, i do mostly start with simpler. it was already a clean template, no sends, nothing, but the simpler.
templates are no good for me, because every project, is built in another way...

EDIT 2: set default settings is global, for the whole plugin. it is in the "?", glad i know it now..
i look at the "?" help "menu's", but this one i thought only applied to the settings about, set to default settings...

EDIT 3: i thought already, that i made a mistake. and yes. i own melda plugins about a year. i know the stuff. but sometimes, you don't read things, and assume... but the last half year, i bought a lot.. almost have the complete bundle.. (when there is a sale.. with the discount)

so i can use it! i make my own presets, but not all things i can do. and it was also for fun, trying out a product/device that makes full use of the possibilities of msoundfactory.

all works now. and set default settings.. to my own preferences...

pffff, i am not a noob, nor an expert, but i can do things. but sometimes. most of times, i get it, now...
