For some reason, when running the "Traction download manager" (I'm using the Mac version) I'm told that Waveform 8 and 11 aren't installed, even though I've purchased Waveform 11 Pro.
Why is this, and what can I do to make it understand that I'm not interested in downgrading to the free versions when I already have a paid one?

All I can say is that the Tracktion developers are aware of various issues with Download Manager, and that they're working on resolution. I'm hoping they get it sorted soon.

It's the same download for Waveform Free / OEM / Pro. When you entry your details it unlocks the correct version, so you will never get downgraded. You can have 8 and 11 installed at the same time no issues (though I understand you probably won't want 8 once you've upgraded to 11)
If you've installed 11 directly and not via the download manager, then the download manager won't know it's installed.
I will look into adding an ignore button to the download manager.
