Hi, when i open sylenth i get the attached messages. Tried a complete un-install but couldn't do this...

"It is important to always deactivate Sylenth1 before removing it! Click MENU -> Deactivate in Sylenth1 to do so.
Sylenth1 stores soundbanks and preferences in the Sylenth1 data folder. To quickly get there click MENU -> "Open Data Folder.." in Sylenth1. Then delete this folder"

because i can't open the menu in Sylenth..it's just a generic Protools plugin GUI. But i did delete the VST and AU component.

Re-installed from fresh installer, but always same messages.
ProTools 2020.5.0. Mac Mojave 10.14.6. Thanks

Please try manually deleting the Sylenth1 data folder. By default it's installed in your Documents folder (Documents\LennarDigital\Sylenth1). Then re-install Sylenth1.

Ah sorry, for Mac that should be:
/Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/LennarDigital/Sylenth1
