Hi, I have an odd issue. The Melda UI is fuzzy on my external display.
I use Melda on 3 different displays:
- 27" iMac - 2560x1440 - looks good
- 15" Macbook Pro - 2880x1800 - looks good
- 27" Apple Cinema display plugged into MacBook Pro - 2560x1440 - fuzzy
What's weird is that the Cinema display is the same resolution as the iMac. The MacBook is on Catalina, the iMac is on Mojave.
If I had to take a wild guess, it's that somehow Melda is rendering for the MacBook display (even if it's closed), and the ratios aren't quite the same. 2560/2880=0.889 and 1440/1800=0.8. That's just a wild guess though.
So two questions:
1. How do I get Melda to appear clearly on the Cinema display?
2. Is this the right place to ask for help? Or am I better off emailing Melda support directly?

I have a similar problem, which seems to have appeared in a recent update. The text in all the plugs is really tiny (like, REALLY tiny), and pretty much impossible to read. My screen resolution hasn't changed, and I can still expand the plugin window.

It's kinda inevitable if you using multiple displays with different DPI. It would require a brutal black magic, different style instances on each display etc... No dev time for that at all. But I'll try to make it better in the next update. It's now uglier than it needs to be probably.

Well, in the fuzzy Cinema Display picture, I have the laptop lid closed. So there’s only one display: 27” 2560x1440, exact same as the iMac. But it seems perhaps it’s rendering based on the native laptop display, even though that’s currently closed.
Anyway thanks for taking a look.

Can you connect the Cinema display to the iMac? And is it fuzzy there? If not then that would support your theory.
How about other programs on the Mac Book Pro and Cinema displays. Are they fuzzy too?
PS It looks like your Cinema screenshot has bee resized by about 77%. Compare the length of the same text in it and the iMac screenshot.
