Waveform seems to have changed the pitch of all recordings.
I have Waveform 8 on Windows and a Delta 1010 sound card and an external Focusrite input with SPDIF and external clock synchronisation at 44.1Khtz. I have created a new project with 8 or 9 audio tracks with overdubs (so I know the pitch must have been correct for me to be able to overdub). I have had an issue when starting the computer without the Focusrite switched on where Waveform has defaulted to 48Khtz and therefore the pitch is incorrect by about a semitone.
This has, up to now, been fixed by correctly setting to 44.1Khtz and the song plays back at the correct pitch. However, after doing an export (or at some stage) it appears that all wav files have had their pitch changed - if I play an individual wav file on a different computer - I can prove this.
It this something that others have seen - any way to fix ?
Thanks

Guess your internal soundcard (on board) runs on 48khz and your external on 44.1.
In my experience OSX likes 48khz quite a bit. Never tried to change that so I can't help there.
On Windows you should be able to change all sound cards to 44.1.
Pitch changes if you use different sample rates that's normal (physics). The computer needs to resample everything.
