Waveform 11 - Can't record! Cant create file, error message

When select record button, error message: "Cant Record, Cannot create file".
All waveform projects are effected,
Have changed the project destination file to desktop (same issue)

Work around: If I use an external drive as the destination, it works

Have downloaded other files and successfully saved them to the original destination files (testing purposes)

C drive is running fine with everything else on the computer, there is over 20 gig free space.
Waveform no longer likes C Drive?

Check your windows privileges and admin rights. This issue isn't w11 specific.
Change your project folder to documents, all other folders require admin rights off the app you are running.
