Yes you can. You can save the rack itself as a preset which will save all your input and output channels and connections or you can save all the tracks as a track preset which will save the racks, their routing, and all effects on tracks etc. To save a rack, open the rack, click "Save" then "Create new preset". To save all the tracks, select them and then click "Create preset" in the actions panel or control panel, then select "Whole track". This will save everything related to those tracks as a preset which you can then add back in to an arrangement by dragging from the browser.

I'm at the point now where if I do anything in Waveform three times, or think I might, I save it as a preset. They're massive time savers.
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.
