Weird question that I am not fully sure how to put into words:
I'm running the 200% speed and 1/2x speed at the same time. I was able to get a really cool half-time (ish) effect on the midi sequence. Later on that same track, I have another identical midi sequence with the exact same set up as on the first sequence; however, Mrhythmizer is giving a different effect on that second sequence. It is still the same halftime but the effect is not starting at the same point that it was on the first sequence.
Is there a way to have the effect or the band "reset" so that when a second midi sequence begins, Mrhythmizer will act in the exact same way as it did for the first sequence?

I don't think there is a way to do this.
In the past I've either 1) adapted my track so that clip I want to affect begins at the start of a bar in order to align with the MRhythmizer's effect, or 2) I've bounced MRhythmizer's effect into the track.
Bit of a crazy workaround using option 1 – which will depend on your track and your DAW's capabilities – is to add some space/silence into the track in order to align the effect following it and automate the tempo on the space so it passes through the silence very quickly. Not ideal but might just work in some situations, for example, if you have a pause/rest, ring-out or a bit of space before a drop etc.
A midi reset trigger would be very handy.

I think it could work if you set the tempo to predefined tempo (so MRhythmizer stops being in sync) and/or select a different triggering mode (immediate).
