I actually thought that the MIDI CC from the DAW that controls the MP would be interpolated and smoothed. But it's probably not like that or I don't know where this option is available. I get clicks when I automate the transformation in the oscillator for example. If I use the recommended internal modulator, everything is perfect.
It is already possible for controllers. The default setting here is 10ms. But where can I set that for the MP? Or is there "still" no option for it?

Hi, that's the limitation of MIDI. Generally MIDI only provides 128 values per controller, potentially 16384 if 14bit values are used (MCCGenerator emits that), but most DAWs/plugins ignore that, since it is quite difficult to use that actually. In any case, the true 64-bit accuracy cannot be transferred from plugin to plugin, especially not using MIDI.

As a start, can you add 14-bit support to the MIDI Settings, Controllers and Main Controllers?

Yes, 14 Bit MSB, LSB pairing woud be nice, but that's not exactly what I mean. E.g. a modulation value should only be requested every 10ms and the connection between them is interpolated. That is what you usually do with smoothing. So no steps are created.
