That's as simple as it gets, and seems precise, too.
Note: I suggest setting the EQ to "Never Boost", or
disabling any bands with positive dynamics, since
we only want to duck. Does that make sense?

You can also analyze the side-chain as the Source so you don't need 2 instances of the plugin...
