Hello all.
I'm looking for a midi plugin that will take incoming midi data and add a (user specified) midi controller and value.

For example, if midi note C3 goes in, then midi note C3 goes out with the addition of pitch bend with a value of 65. The pitch bend and pitch value would be user specified and could be any continuous controller.

Is this something that can be achieved with Blue Cat Audio's Remote Control?

You will not be able to trigger controller data on note events with the Remote Control plug-in. But if you can write small scripts, Plug'N Script will let you do that pretty quickly.
