Diva Assign knobs to controller

I am able to assign functions to my sustain wheel on my alesis vi49 but when I try to use the knobs on my controller it won't recognize the command. I'm only able to assign functions to my one sustain wheel when I have 12 other knobs I could use. It works on other plug ins but not in diva.. ???..

Some older versions of the vst3 plugins wouldn't do this properly so you had to assign them using the vst2 version. I would try the vst2 version and see if it works. If so update your plugin.
