Drum Pad Mapping to Different Tracks?

Is it possible to route different drum pads from the native drum sampler or any other drum sampler and route them to different tracks so the sounds could be processed separately?

You first need to wrap the Drum Sampler in a rack and this will then show the outputs of the drum sampler and you can then route them to another track. Then inside of the drum sampler you can change the pad stereo output.
This video will show you the rack part with multi outputs but it is done with Kontact instead.
