Project: total file confusion

Hi,
Time ago I started a 'just for play' poject, meanwhile containing some edits spread to severall folders .
Now I want to pick one or two edits and transfer them to a new fresh project in a new folder.
I can't find how to achieve that.

Make an archive of the edit and then open the archive in the other edit.

Good morning and thank you for the hint,
I had already exported an archive but had not found a way, to reimport it. But after your posting I tried again and found the right click action to load an archive into an existing project.
