MuLab crashes when loading Harmor

As the title says, MuLab crashes whenever I try to load harmor (64 bit MuLab, 64 bit Harmor). If anyone has experience with this problem and knows how to work around it, I'd appreciate the help.

Did you get a red alert box from MuLab?
Do you have a MuLab log file that includes the crash ("exception" data at end of log)
or a system crash report with the exception address?
And which version of MuLab?

Sorry for the poor explanation the first time around. What happens is, when I try to add harmor to the VST plugin library by scanning the directory for plugins (or selecting the specific DLL and scanning), I get an error popup saying "Access violation at address 00000000004F8789 in module 'IL Harmor.dll'. Read of address 0000000003AD01B8." After clicking okay I get a popup saying "Access violation at address 00007FFD0C06ABC1 in module 'RICHED20.DLL'. Read of address FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF." Clicking Ok or closing that window causes it to reappear again for a few times; after doing that a few times, MuLab becomes unresponsive. Checking the log files in my MuLab directory, no modifications are made to them.

Harmor crashes here too.
To try it out I download and reinstall all my FL plugins (don't use them much anymore) and they were a real pain to install just the 64 bit versions and where I wanted them, not where they wanted to go.
Forget the above,,, following a reboot harmor works ok
