Hello,
I was just demoing a Diva trial version and It does not accept user TUN files.
Dragging/copying a user TUN file to the tunefiles folder creates an alias instead of the actual file.
It will load in Diva's microtuner but it has no effect.
I've assumed this because it is a demo version but I don't want to purchase it if this is a problem. The user guide makes no mention if a trial version limits this function
Thank you

DIVA trial version and user TUN Files? Double checking before buying.

I can't confirm that behavior over here... Copying a TUN file inside the Tunings folder... actually copies the file just fine and it works. Since you mention "alias" I assume you're on Mac. Sounds like you might be tripping up some Finder behavior instead?

You have to enable the actual microtuning by pressing a button and it will light up. Maybe it is mentioned in the user manual.

Thanks Evil Dragon, I was able to get it working by exporting the tun file from scala directly into the folder.
It's a bit of a pain but not a big deal so It looks like I'm going to buy it., I wouldn't have thought of saving it directly if you hadn't mentioned there was some problem with the finder. I'll email U-He and ask them if there's a reason copying/moving a file into the folder results in an alias instead of the file. Anomandaris1, I should have mentioned that the existing files worked fine it was just the user file that wasn't working.

Yes, please contact our support, so we can sort out your problem. The plugin itself doesn't create aliases at all, so it must be some kind of Mac Finder behaviour.
