Hi Intrancer - they are quite dramatic and interesting! I think I lean towards the second one, though the knobs are a bit too busy for my taste. I also tend to prefer something a bit brighter and less contrasty, but I know everyone’s tastes are different.
If you ever plan to release something and would be interested in making the skin user-customizable, let me know and I’d be happy to help/share the code for the builder app I made for my Zebra skin. That was people could adjust colors, contrast, knobs etc to taste.
