Just a question if maybe some other people had this problem and a solution.
I get a subtle noisy and distorted sound with Waveform 11 (latest version).
This seems to appear already on single tracks but there is no clipping.
Gain is leveled for a peak of max of -12dbfs on every track. Also on Master Bus there is no clipping.
Also effects are not involved.
I've tried it with different projects, but always get this problem after a short time.
There is also no CPU peak and Audio Buffer Size is on 1024 samples.
With a Ableton I don't have this problems.
System is a Apple MBP 2019 with latest Catalina.
Any ideas?

I get this from time to time with my PC and external sound card. What usually fixes it is disconnecting it from the usb port and sticking it straight back in.
This is probably not a great solution though. And since you're using a Mac I expect you're not using an external sound card. So I've probably not been very helpful.
