ok, i don't really remember the release date, because i have ableton live 10 suite, next year, for 2 years...

perhaps there weren't always .5 updates. and update policies seem to change overnight these days...

Was it clearly announced as Live 11 or as an update without specifying number and you guys deduce it was 11 ?

on the ableton forum someone has downloaded the video... so, but ableton does not show it is version number, only in about. so all speculation. but that downloaded video...

It is probably 11. Ableton is not Apple so I guess they wouldn't waste comping and MPE with 10.5. These are the biggest features and most wanted feature requests. Later on they wouldn't have big headline features for 11.
Honestly only ARA is left if not already in but I am only interested if there is bounce in place, disable and hide tracks, multi clip fade,trim and midi note split
