Thanks for the updates!
I'm having an issue with the installation of the VST2 and VST3 64-bit Windows installers of Blue Cat's StereoScope Pro 2.0:
- BlueCatStereoScopeProVST-x64Setup.exe
- BlueCatStereoScopeProVST3-x64Setup.exe
When i install one of them everything looks fine, but when i use the other installer after that, it deletes the installation done by the first installer. It doesn't matter in what order i install them, in the end only the installation done by the the last installer stays installed.
There's also something weird going on when using the installers. Normally when i update a Blue Cat Audio plugin it remembers the installation path of the previous installation, but that's not the case with these 2 installers.
They show the installation path done by the StereoScope Pro 2.0 installer i used the last time.
It looks like they both act like being a VST2 or VST3 installer and when you use the other installer it wants to update the installation done by the previous StereoScope Pro 2.0 installer i used.
The other updated 64-bit Windows VST2 and VST3 installers of the Blue Cat's Analysis Pack work fine.
I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit 1809.

Thanks for the heads up. There was indeed an issue with the unique identifier for these installers that were the same(!). New binaries have just been uploaded to fix this. Just uninstall the last version that was installed (as you noticed you could only install one at a time), then re-download the installers and re-install both of them.

Hi Blue Cat Audio Team,
big thanks again for these updates.
Unfortunately, when trying to download the latest version of FreqAnalyt Pro it still shows version 1.95 in my download section (using the link provided in the email that I received after purchase). However, with DP Meter Pro for instance it's all fine (it shows the new version 4.22).
Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks in advance for your answer!

I just reinstalled them with the new installers (the VST2 one is still the same, so the VST3 installer was the trouble maker ) and everything is looking fine now.Blue Cat Audio wrote: ↑Fri Nov 13, 2020 7:40 pm Thanks for the heads up. Thank you very much for this superfast fix!

I received the new download links to FreqAnalyst Pro 2 and StereoScope Pro 2 in an email i received 3 days ago from BCA.
I had the same issue when i tried to use the links i got after the purchase. So i was a bit surprised also.
But then i found the v2 download links in the email, in my case they're almost at the bottom near the pictures.

Yeah since it's a new major version, the download page is different. The upgrade is free though, given the time it took to release it . If you have not received the free upgrade email, feel free to contact us (support[at]bluecataudio[dot]com).
