It refuses description, allowing only the vague approach of adjectives: dark, light, raw, angelic. Who or what is making these noises? Where are they coming from and what do they point to? What kind of entity can leave such a troubling sonic remnant?

Surreal Machines Dub Machines for €20 - Diffuse and Modnetic. The Magnetic maxforlive version of Modnetic is great and is also a nice dubby spring reverb.

i got MIXROOM and ANIMATE when they were giving away ANIMATE in Plugin Boutique. the United Plugins and Pulsar Audio deals look very tempting (i've been eyeing the Mu for a long time), but i don't really need them right now.
I don't know what to write here that won't be censored, as I can only speak in profanity.

Softube Fix Phaser is on offer for 45 € (40,50 € with the additional 10% off voucher). Thought about getting it for a second, then I remembered how much CPU it used. For anyone with a powerful DAW looking for a good phaser, I can only recommend it though, best sounding phaser I ever demo'd.

I got SIR 3 and the clipper as a bundle for less than 40 bucks. An addition to my reverb arsenal as well as a clipping plugin with lots of control. And that is it for this year, as I have enough stuff.

Yep... for me it was MFreeFXBundle. No more.
I know... sounding like a junkie.

Good choice. The free Melda bundle gives you a complete set of bread and butter stuff with nice extras like multiparameters or extraordinary modulation capabilities. To be honest, I sometimes try to get as far as possible using only these. And it works.
And yes, the addiction ... at least this is healthier than many other habits.

i intend on buying nothing
edit: i DO intend to try putting the finishing touches on this song though. the bass needs less repetition and a couple of the other sections need livening up before i'd call it done

i'll be honest, i might have bought algonaut atlas—although it's not something i actually need to finish songs—only there was a sale in october which I missed, which meant that they were unlikely to have another sale so soon after, considering it's their only product.

I plan to upgrade my Izotope Music Production Bundle 2 to the Music Production Suite 4. The upgrade is on sale now, but I'm waiting until BF to see if it goes any lower. Other than that, I just plan on seeing what comes up at a no-brainer price.
