MChannelMatrix how to add channels?

I'm playing with MChannelMatrix. The product page pictures show 8 audio channels and 8 side chain channels.

I open it and only have two of each though DAW is setup with 8.

I've searched all the posts, read the manual (which pictures only two of each), and looked for videos, but no luck figuring this out.

Anyone have guidance on this?

It can certainly only use the channels the DAW provides. If you are using surround/ambisonics setup, put it on such a track and enable surround/ambisonics via the channel mode (L+R button in the toolbar).
