There was something last year: "Zebra 2.9 is 30% off, additional discounts for registered users". This was announced on the Thursday and accompanied the launch of Zebra 2.9. I don't believe u-he do something every year.
The year before was 50% off soundsets.

3 out of the 4 previous black Fridays had sales:
2016 - "This value of your coupon is based how many u-he plug-ins you currently own:
1-2 plug-ins: 25% off
3-5 plug-ins: 30% off
6-8 plug-ins: 35% off
9+ plug-ins: 40% off"
2018 - many u-he soundsets were up to a 50% discount
2019 - "Our Black Friday offer for existing customers is also still ongoing. If you had at least one commercial u-he product registered at the time the Black Friday offer started, you can get a personal 30% discount coupon for use in our online store".
