Xenon as the default skin?

Is this possible? Or a default skin that uses Xenon as the base?

The only tweaks I'd make would be:

1) Make the presets on the right a single colour, or at least MUCH more desaturated. The separate colours there don't correspond to anything, and the abundance of colour draws the eye away from the main controls which isn't ideal.

2) The module headers - Globals, Flattening, Spectrum. Make them non-italic, and slightly darker than the other text. There's a bit too much high contrast at the moment, and that should be saved for the bits you interact with most - the controls - rather than the headings.
